The government has proposed a more balanced principle for the taxation of such companies based on place of revenue generation. India has submitted its concerns to OECD. All countries have to agree for the rules to be enforced.
Snapdeal had claimed that its order volumes had grown significantly since May 18 when ecommerce was allowed to sell non-essentials across the country except in containment zones
