The NCLAT had in its December 18 judgment restored Mistry as executive chairman of Tata Sons and directed the re-instatement of Mistry as director of the IT behemoth for the rest of his tenure.
Snapdeal had claimed that its order volumes had grown significantly since May 18 when ecommerce was allowed to sell non-essentials across the country except in containment zones
