SBI and other state-run banks are the main issuers of the RuPay card and their worry is that the government decision to scrap the processing charge on transactions with the card would cause them a revenue loss.
Snapdeal had claimed that its order volumes had grown significantly since May 18 when ecommerce was allowed to sell non-essentials across the country except in containment zones
